PROCESS
How Interior Painting Works
Five steps from first message to final walkthrough.
01
Free In-Home Estimate
Send a message. We come out within one business day, walk your project, measure the space, and give you a written quote. No pressure, no sales pitch.
02
Color Consultation
Free with every project. We bring physical samples, look at your lighting at different times of day, consider your existing floors and finishes, and help you pick colors you'll still love in five years.
03
Prep Day
We move and cover your furniture, protect your floors, patch drywall damage, sand rough spots, caulk gaps, and prime where needed. Prep is where interior painting is won or lost.
04
Paint Days
Ceilings first, then walls, then trim. One coat of Sherwin-Williams is sufficient in most cases. Daily cleanup so you can live in your home while we work.
05
Walkthrough and Signoff
You walk every room before we invoice. Anything not right gets fixed on the spot. Nothing gets invoiced until you're satisfied with it.
MATERIALS
Paint Brands We Use and Why
We primarily use Sherwin-Williams for interior projects. Both offer low-VOC and zero-VOC formulations that are safer for homes with kids, pets, or anyone sensitive to paint fumes.
For most rooms we recommend Sherwin-Williams Emerald Interior or SuperPaint. A single coat of Sherwin-Williams is sufficient in most cases, washes easily, and hold up to Central Florida's humidity without yellowing or peeling over time. For bathrooms and kitchens where moisture is heavier, we specify mildew-resistant formulations that hold up in Florida's climate.
You approve the exact product, sheen, and color before we buy anything. Receipts come with your final invoice so you know exactly what went on your walls.

FAQ
Interior Painting FAQs
How much does interior painting cost in Winter Haven?
Most interior repaints range from $500 for a single room to $8,000 for a full-home interior. Pricing depends on square footage, ceiling height, and prep required. Every project is quoted individually after a free in-home walkthrough, and the written quote is what you pay.
How long does interior painting take?
A single room usually takes 1 to 2 days. Three to five rooms typically take 2 to 4 days. A whole-home interior generally takes 3 to 7 days depending on size and prep required. You'll get a specific timeline with your written quote.
What paint brands do you use?
We primarily use Sherwin-Williams for interior work. For rooms where fumes are a concern, we specify low-VOC or zero-VOC formulations. For bathrooms and kitchens, we use moisture and mildew-resistant products rated for Florida humidity. You approve the exact product before we buy.
Do you move furniture?
Yes. We move and cover furniture as part of every interior project. You do not need to empty rooms before we arrive. For fragile items or antiques, we recommend you move them personally, and we'll flag anything we're not comfortable moving before we start.
Do you provide color consultation?
Every interior project includes a free color consultation. We bring physical samples to your home, evaluate the lighting at different times of day, consider your existing floors and finishes, and help you land on colors that work for your space.
Do I need to leave my home during painting?
No. We stage the work room by room so you can continue living in your home while we paint. If you'd rather be out during the project, we can coordinate access with a lockbox or key handoff.
Can you paint over wallpaper?
We recommend removing wallpaper first for the best long-term result. If removal isn't practical, we can prime and paint over it, though we'll walk you through the tradeoffs before starting so you know what to expect.
Do you paint ceilings?
Yes. Ceiling painting is included as an add-on to any interior project. We paint flat, textured, cathedral, and tray ceilings. We can also remove and repaint popcorn ceilings if you're ready to modernize.
Do you offer low-VOC or zero-VOC paint?
Yes. Both Sherwin-Williams offer low-VOC and zero-VOC interior lines. We recommend these for homes with young kids, pets, pregnant residents, or anyone with respiratory sensitivities.
